Complementary services
Insurance cancellation : this insurance is optional and can be book only on booking
Booking ski pass : at special prices at least 10 days before your arrival. You can skip the line to the ski pass desk.
Booking ski lesson : at special prices as soon as possible after your booking thanks to a form. These lessons will be send by mails directly by the ski school.
Ski equipment : to be booked online, at least 10 days bedore your arrival.
Wifi : some apartment are equipped by wifi offered by the owner. Ask on booking. For the other, we propose you to rent wifi box at the week. (on request by phone or mail only, subject to availability).
Child equipment : can be provided by owner. Ask on booking. For the others, we propose you high chair and baby cot (on request by phone or mail only, subject to availability)
Sed linen : included and supplied on your apartment, without extra, for winter stay only. The kid includes, besides the linen, mattress pad and pillow protection and bath mat. Thanks to indicate the number of person on your booking. Some apartment are rent without bed linen, ask on booking. Bed linen are not included for summer stay and short stay.
Towels : not included but can’t be order until 7 days before your arrival. Kit includes towel and bath sheet. Some apartment are rented with bed linen and towels, ask when you book.
Animals : are generally not allowed. Please check when you book. An extra for your animals can be required.

To confirm your booking, 25% deposit will be ask you.
Tourist have to be paid with your booking so please inform the number of adult and child. No refund can be done at your arriving.
Insurance cancellation must be subscribed on booking and can be add or remove after.

Informations Caution - Annulation - Covid19
Deposit to be paid before your arrival, online and by credi cart only by our partner Swily , with a link sent a few days before your arrival(Amount not blocked and not debited). No deposit will be taken upon arrival (Credit cart or cash).
Cancellation : Its important to contact us. We will ask you for all useful documents in order to make a declaration with the cancellation insurance if contracted.
COVID 19 - our commitment
Full refund (excluding booking fees and insurance) if the regulations put in place by the state make the stay impossible. (Lockdown of your home, travel restricted, our skiresort closed). This garantee does not apply to other grounds personal concern, closed restaurant, Covid contracted etc.)

- Inventory form to be return under 72h.
In case of problem on your apartment, you have the possibility to submit your remarks and photo on our partner Swikly thanks to the link you already use for the paiement of your deposit. An confirmation will be send you and an action program if necessary. - A cleaning kit included 5 dishwasher tablet, 2 sponge, 1 multi-usage products, a disposable mop, a kitchen towels disposable.
- An access map of your residence.
- The ski pass if order.
- A wifi box if order.
Opening hours
In winter season our office are open :
- From Monday to friday : 9h to 12h and 14h to 19h
- Saturday from 9h to 12h and 13h30 to 19h
- Sunday office permanance only in Vallandry from 9h to 12h and 13h30 to 17h30
- Closed on public holiday
In case of late arrival on saturday, you must imperatively contast us.
